1. Most Manuka flowers are found in the highest peaks of the mountains of the South Island of New Zealand.
2. Bees collect their nectar during their best blooming periods (from 12 days – 6 weeks per year only).
3. We extract honey in our apiaries “Forst Gold”. We take great care of it, then place it in (tightly closed special containers).
4. We send it to specialized laboratories to check and test the antibacterial strength of the honey.
5. The production process happens inside sterile factories equipped with cutting-edge technology (during this stage, high precautions are taken to not touching honey with human hands to preserve its safety and quality).
6. It is examined by UMF, and tests its quality, and certification is issued accordingly.
7. It is carefully packed and prepared to get to your home, with a special certificate for each honey package you order.
Relax!
